Rawit Pepper
The Rawit pepper is a small pepper, but certainly not a mild one. This pepper is much hotter than its size suggests. The Rawit is widely used in Asian cuisine. These very hot peppers are used in chilli relishes and salsas, as well as in wok and curry dishes. The chilli peppers are also called Birds-eye, Piri-Piri or Thai Chilli and are available in the colours red and green.
