Storage Advice

The San Marzano tomatoes will last longer if you store them the right way. What is our storage advice? It is best to store at room temperature, outside the refrigerator at a temperature between 15°C and 18°C. When you put the tomato in the fridge, you disrupt the ripening process and reduce the taste.
